15-30 mins Rating : Add to Favs Method In a large bowl, mash the banana. Then add the grated jaggery and mix well using your fingers. Now add the broken cashew, cardamom powder, fennel seeds and a pinch of salt. Finally add the semolina and bind it into a dough. If need be, add more semolina to make dough. Keep aside. Heat oil in a small kadai. Once oil is hot enough, slowly put small balls of the banana dough into the oil and fry till brown. Remove and place on paper napkins to drain off excess oil.
